Yea, sometimes, but then I check in with what’s really true. How can I know that I will never find someone? I can’t know that, so it’s not true. Then I remember all the friends and family I have that love me… so clearly I’m lovable. Anyone who walks around all day thinking that they will never find someone will always find reasons to prove it, even though it’s not true. I tend to focus more on who I can give love to, rather than who I can find to love me. The more I give unconditionally, the more I get back, that’s the way it works!
